These documents contain important information about our organization, membership expectations, benefits, responsibilities, and community standards. By submitting your membership application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the policies and guidelines outlined in these documents.

Sponsor Registration

To become a sponsor, you must first register as a member and pay the $10 annual membership fee. Once your membership is active:

1. Review the PMA Overview and Community Rules.
2. Complete the Sponsor Registration Form.
3. Submit the completed form for review. The FYILI Administrator will provide the next steps upon approval.

Event Submmitter Registration

The same membership requirement applies to Event Submitters. Once your membership is active:

1. Review the PMA Overview and Community Rules.
2. Complete the Event Submission Packet.
3. Submit the completed packet for review. The FYILI Administrator will provide the next steps upon approval.

To become a vendor, you must first register as a member and pay the annual membership fee of $10. Once your membership is active, you may proceed by completing the following steps:

1. Review all documents in the PMA Overview and Community Rules.
2. Complete the Vendor Request Form first by clicking the Vendor Request button.
3. Once the Vendor Request Form is completed, complete the Vendor Registration Form by clicking the Vendor Registration button.

Once your documents are submitted, the FYILI Administrator will review your application and update you on the next steps upon approval.
